- The proposed project would subdivide the 17.46-acre project site into 70 single family residential lots ranging in size from 6,500 to 27,152 sf. The project includes the addition of 69 new residential lots and one 0.62-acre lot for the existing on-site residence. In addition, the project would include improvements along the Kost Road project frontage, which would include ornamental landscaping, a pedestrian walkway into the project site, and sidewalks. The proposed project would include internal circulation that would provide connections to the existing adjacent roadway network.
