No wine tasting room or Marketing Events are proposed with this application; to reduce the required setback from any roadway [development title section 9-1075(c)(1)] from 200 ft to 120 ft; to reduce the required 300-ft setback from an adjacent parcel with a residence [development title section 9-1075(c)(2)(A)] from 300 ft to 180 ft.
