The proposed project includes: aquatic invasive species eradication, removal of existing marina infrastructure, restoration of the Meeks Lagoon in the location of the existing marina, restoration of Meeks Creek from Highway 89 to Lake Tahoe to reduce erosion and improve fish passage, construct a pier and boat launch south of Meeks Creek, reconstruct and reconfigure parking, roads and camping sites, and improve pedestrian connectivity improvement.
