Document Description
The Addendum to the SMUD Operations, Maintenance, and New Construction Habitat Conservation Plan EIR addresses two minor changes to the Habitat Conservation Plan - 1) expanding the Plan Area and 2) clarifications to two avoidance and minimization measures. The changes do not constitute a substantial change to the original project description and will not involve any new environmental effects than those addressed in the 2022 EIR.

The expanded Plan Area spans from Shasta County to Fresno County
