Initial Study was circulated on 9/5/2018 and the was approved with the Project by the Lake County Planning Commission on12/13/2018(see attached Planning Commission minutes); however, an NOD was not filed at the time. A Transfer of Use Permit to was completed on 12/28/23. NOD is being filed now, as the CA Dept. of Cannabis Control requires an NOD for state licensing.
