Document Description
The Project would reinstate an existing 60-inch reinforced concrete pipe running from the Regional Wastewater Control Facility to the abandoned outfall apron on the east bank of the San Joaquin River, modify the outfall apron structure to create a new outfall outlet, and construct a pipeline running from the Effluent Pump Station to the reinstated 60-inch reinforced concrete pipe. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 20-year General Lease – Public Agency Use through June 5, 2043.
