Document Description
The City of Stockton will implement modifications to its Regional Wastewater Control Facility (RWCF), which are required to maintain compliance with the NPDES Permit that regulates discharges from the RWCF to the San Joaquin River, extend the useful life of existing facilities, improve working conditions for facility staff, and implement components of the City's Capitol Improvement and Energy Management Plan. The modifications will not expand treatment capacity. Construction is estimated to begin in Aug 2019 and conclude Mar 2023. The RWCF will remain operational during construction to avoid interruption in service. Staffing levels are not expected to change.
