- Expansion of Foothill Sanitary Landfill operations into Module 2B, comprising approx 23.92 acres south of existing landfill operations. Module 2B will be constructed as a lined waste unit. The project will operate pursuant to Foothill Landfill's existing regulatory approvals, including the Solid Waste Facilities Permit issued by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. The project entails the excavation of material to construct the base of the unit, foundation preparation, liner installation, installation of a leachate collection system, and final grading. The project will be constructed using typical excavator equipment.
