- Variance to exceed the established 36-ft max height limit for structures located within the Farm zone district, to allow for the construction of a noise reducing sound curtain (shot screen) with a max height of 68 ft above grade, and a length of 650 ft. The shot screen is a UV-stabilized PVC, molded over a heavy duty polyester woven fabric to form a 1/8 in thick conveyor belt-like product supplied in 6-ft wide rolls that, when erected, would form a solid barrier. The proposed shot screen would reduce downrange noise by to 20 dB under existing conditions.
