Document Description
The applicant is requesting a minor use permit to establish a special event facility and bed & breakfast. The bed & breakfast will include three bedrooms to provide short-term overnight occupancy. Each room will contain restroom facilities, but will not have in-room cooking facilities. The special event facility will be an outdoor special events facility to conduct wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, intimate gatherings, youth day camps (4H, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc.), seasonal gatherings, harvest festivals, corporate functions, retreats, fundraisers, end of life ceremonies, specialty events, fundraisers, and agritourism. The facility will be available year-round for up to a max 50 events per year with a max attendance level of 500 guests.
