The 2018 PM2.5 Attainment Plan presents the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District's strategy for achieving attainment for the 1997 PM2.5 Standard (24-hour 65 ug/m3 and annual 15 ug/m3), 2006 Standard (24-hour 35ug/m3), and the 2012 PM2.5 Standard (annual 12 ug/m3) as identified under the federal Clean Air Act.
