To construct an automated car wash on a site of 1.20 acres at the northeast corner of El Camino Real and Via Las Rosas. The proposed 4,566 sf carwash would be a single-story structure with a max height of 35 ft. A majority of the building would be 25 ft in height with the east and south architectural towers measuring to a building height of approx 35 ft. The 4,310 sf main building would consist of the wash tunnel, offices, an equipment room, an ADA restroom and two after-wash service bays. A small independent building has 256 sf and will house the central vacuum equipment. This car wash uses a hybrid model of a full-service car wash and an express car wash.
