- A ND is proposed for the city of Wasco Municipal Water Well (Well #14) project to be located in the northwest corner of 8th and G St in the city of Wasco. The project would include drilling a 1,300' deep pilot hole, conducting water quality sampling in the pilot hole, reaming the pilot hole and constructing an approx 940' to 1,280' deep production well. The project will install a new 750 gpm water well per the city's water well standards with 1,2,3 TCP treatment facilities, a variable frequency drive, a backup generator, and a blowdown line on G St that ties into the city storm drain system. The new well will replace an existing decommissioned well, well #5. Well #5 is located at APN 030-140-01 and has been decommissioned.
