Note: per lead agency - To view a full copy of the Final MND and MMRP: http://www.padredam.org/DocumentCenter/View/3451/ECAWP_Final_ISMND_complete?bidId= The proposed project would include upgrades to the existing influent pump station, expansion of the Ray Stoyer Water Recycling Facility to 18 MGD average annual capacity, construction of a Solids Handling and Energy Recovery Facility, construction of an AWTP Facility (11.5 MGD average annual capacity) and construction of facilities to convey purified water from the AWTP Facility to Lake Jennings for surface water augmentation. Additionally, the proposed project includes modifications to the East Mission Gorge Pump Station and construction of a force main, and a residuals bypass system.
