Document Description
The Globemaster Corridor Specific Plan (GCSP) provides a framework for the development and improvement of the 437-acre Plan Area, located in the north-central portion of the City of Long Beach. The GCSP assigns appropriate land use districts for land properties within the Plan Area, including six development districts and two overlay zones. The GCSP establishes a land use and mobility plan, land use and development regulations, urban design guidelines, infrastructure systems, and implementation strategies necessary to becoming a flexible commercial and industrial district in the City. No residential component is included in the GCSP.
