Document Description
The proposed project involves the installation of a ground mounted solar PV system at the existing Bell Middle School Campus adjacent to the existing playfield. Electrical transmission lines would be installed in an underground conduit from the ground mounted solar panels. The individual solar PV panels would be constructed of dark-colored (usually blue or black) materials and covered with anti-reflective coatings. There would be no operational changes at the school as a result of the proposed project, such as changes to the bell schedule or student pick-up/drop-off locations. Additionally, no changes to the student enrollment or capacity of the school would occur with the proposed project.
