Document Description
The proposed project involves the installation of a ground mounted solar PV system at the existing Bell Middle School Campus adjacent to the existing playfield. The individual solar PV panels would be constructed of dark-colored (usually blue or black) materials and covered with anti-reflective coatings. There would be no operational changes at the school as a result of the proposed project, such as changes to the bell schedule or student pick-up/drop-off locations. Additionally, no changes to the student enrollment or capacity of the school would occur with the proposed project.
