Document Description
A request for a COMMUNITY PLAN AMENDMENT (CPA) to change the land use designation from Industrial Employment to Residential; a RE ZONE from the IP-2-1 zone to the RM-4-10 zone; a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT to allow deviations from undevelopment standrads in the RM-4-10 zone; and a VESTING TENTATIVE MAP. The project would demolish existing surface parking and approximately 29,280 square feet of buildings, construct 434-apartment units totaling 569,654 square feet, and residential amenities including a co-working space, mail lounge, leasing center, clubhouse, and fitness center totaling 10,963 square feet. Usuable open space would also be provided for residents, including rooftop pool deck with various lounge areas and three on-grade open courtyards with lounge areas, dining area, and outdoor cooking. The project would conform to the Affordable/In-fill Housing and Sustainable Buildings Expedite Program by providing affordable housing.
