CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0331-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Charll Stoneman representing Gualala Redwood Timber, LLC. Project is limited to the permanent culvert replacement at Map Points 11 and 16 and the drafting of water at the Summer Crossing, Pepperwood Crossing, Powerline Crossing and Twin Bridges sites as denoted in the THP 1-17-049 SON "Cherry".
