Document Description
The proposed project involves the extension of existing telecommunication services at Shelter Island in the City of San Diego. Work to complete the proposed project would include the following:
- Asphalt and dirt trenching and backfilling
- Removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalk
- Installation of pull box/vault
- Installation of conduit and cable; and
- Installation of gravel bags.
Construction of the proposed project is anticipated to take approximately two weeks, with ongoing inspections maintenance, repair, replacement and removal as require. Due to its limited scope, construction of the proposed project would generate a minor amount of vehicle trips; thus, impacts related to air quality, greenhouse has emissions, and transportation and traffic are not anticipated to occur. Furthermore, the project applicant would be responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regulating storm water, and construction demolition debris recycling.
