Document Description
The proposed project is the renewal of short-term lease agreement for the existing uses at the Shopping Center presently known as Seaport Village for the continued use of approximately 90000 square feet of land area located in the city of San Diego, CA. The area is currently and proposed to be used for the purpose of specialty retail, restaurants, offices, and vending machines providing the following related operations and business conducted on or from the premises. - rental of conference and banquet rooms and sale of related merchandise and services provided to conference and banquet room users (including gross income from recovery charges for materials, utilities, security, and similarly related accommodations, sales and services); - sale of food from full service restaurants - sale of food from limited service restaurants, snack bars, and delicatessens; - sale of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for consumption on the Lease Premises - sale of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for consumption off the Lease Premises -sale of merchandise including, but not limited to, gifts, novelties, souvenirs, clothing, luggage, jewelry, cigars, cigarettes, candy, sundries, and incidentals, of any kind - sale of fishing bait and sale or rental of fishing equipment - rental of bicycles and other recreational equipment, and rental of recreational facilities; - sale of ship chandlery merchandise - rental of office space - sale of groceries - sale of merchandise and/or services through coin-operated vending or service machines or devices, including telephones, that are owned, rented, or lease by Lessee Tenant or subtenant. The premises shall not be used for any other uses or purpose whatsoever. The Tenant would be responsivle for compliance with all laws and regulations associated with the activities on in connection with the above described premises. No new development, construction, or increase in the size of the Tenant's leasehold or the current lease area is proposed or authorized as part the new lease agreements. The lease agreement would have a total term of five years.
