Install a greenhouse near the Odello barn at Carmel River State Beach to germinate native plants for restoration projects. Work will:
- clear and level an approximately 12' X 10' area
- install a 2-3" gravel base and shade cloth over the cleared area; and
- place a 12' X 10' X 9' greenhouse on top of the shade cloth
