Document Description
DFD staff will perform maintenance along the South Bay Aqueduct (SBA) pipeline easement. A skid steer with mower head attachment, an industrial mower, and weed whackers will be used to mow the complete easement along the following SBA mile markers: Bayside, MM 33.83 and MM 34.23. Mowed area will be: Bayside 0.20 acres, MM 33.83 0.29 acres, and MM 34.23 0.03 acres, for a total of .52 acres. DFD staff will utilize a water truck or spray tank as fire control. Staging of equipment will be on the department right-of-way or at the Patterson yard in Livermore, depending on the work location. All work will be within DWR right-ofway.
