Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0273-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
The project is limited to identified corrosion repairs to portions of Gas Line 132 and Gas Line 147 at six pipeline spans where the lines emerge from the ground or stream banks and cross above stream channels. Work at each span will replace damaged pipeline coating at the air to soil transitions on the entireties of exposed portions of pipeline spans. Work will be completed in summer and fall 2018 when the drainage are dry. The work is expected to require approximately two weeks per span.

The project is located at sites on San Francisco Public Utilities (SFPUC) watershed property and another site on Mid-Peninsula Regional Open Space District (MROSD) Property (Exhibit A, Figures 1-3), in the unincorporated portion of San Mateo County. Access to the SFPUC sites will be from gates. An existing unpaved access road with a gate at Canada Road, and to the MROSD site via an existing paved road with a gate on Edmonds Road.
