Document Description
The project is in response to an inspection by CDFW personnel conducted for unauthorized instream work. Equipment crossings were created at several locations along an unnamed ephemeral stream during the fall and winter of 2017-2018 without prior authorization under an executed agreement. Four fords will be maintained as farm equipment access along the south property line in order to remove vegetation for a firebreak and install an electric stock fence with steel posts. The fords were created using a backhoe to grade and remove vegetation along this property line. The seasonal crossings will only be utilized by farm equipment and cattle in the future and will not be upgraded as permanent road access.
