The project is consistent with the General Plan and local zoning regulations; is within the City limits of the City of Coalinga and under 5 acres; surrounded by fully developed land; provides not value as habitat for endangered species; the site is adequately served with public utilities ready for connection; and the project has been determined not to result in a significant effects to noise, traffic, air quality, and water quality.
