Document Description
The proposed project is the conveyance of a combined total of up to 5,300 acre-feet of Mercy Springs Water District's CVP water (up to 1,300 acre-feet) and Fresno Slough Water District's CVP water (up to 4,000 acre-feet) to TLBWSD, will be made available by Reclamation to DWR at O'Neill Forebay for subsequent delivery by DWR to TLBWSD's service area by February 28, 2019. This non-project water will be conveyed under Article 55 of its Water Supply Contract with DWR.
