MAR - 115KV Transmission Line: California Resources Elk Hills, LLC (CREH) proposes to install a new 115KV transmission line and one fiber optics communication cable from an existing substation in Section 35B,T31S, R23E, to an existing substation in Section 8D, T32S, R24E, in the Buena Vista Hills Oil Field (BVHOF), Kern County, California. The proposed transmission line, fiver optics communications cable and upgrades to the existing 35B and 8D substation are required to support workovers and maintenance of existing production and injections wells in the BVHOF.
