Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0346-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the City of Concord, as represented by Jeff Rogers.
The Project is limited to preparation and installation of a soldier pile retaining wall to mitigate slope failure in the Holbrook Channel. Authorized Project Activities include: installation of a temporary water diversion system with coffer dams and silt fencing, removal of trees within Holbrook Channel, installation of rip-rap layered with live willow stakes at the base of the soldier pile retaining wall, and installation of a soldier pile retaining wall with pressure-treated wood lagging.
