Document Description
Caltrans plans to issue a highway encroachment permit to Ridgecrest Regional Hospital for the purposes of moving a driveway located in Caltrans right of way. The existing driveway will be replaced with sidewalk. The highway median will be modified to accommodate the new driveway and removal of the existing driveway.
