Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0160-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Bob Smith.
The Project proposes to remove sediment from Markstein Pond using a suction pump with screened uptake. Sediment will be pumped into a geotextile tube. Sediment will be dried in the geotextile tube and once dry, will be disposed of on a separate portion of the property.
