Document Description
The project is limited to stream work and riparian revegetation on APN 507-081-036 Creek. Permittee will coffer dam the stream, have a qualified biologist remove the aquatic life, then dewater the work site to removed sediment. Once instream work is completed, the removed riparian vegetation shall be replace using slips form willows and alders from the stream bank. Permittee shall not work in the stream past October 31 of each year except for riparian revegetation. The stream-side management area shall be fenced 25 feet from the top of the bank after instream work is complete.

Activities will be conducted in a manner to protect instream flows and water quality in North Fork Janes Creek. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, threatened, or rare species or their habitat pursuant to 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in a connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other currents projects, and the effect of probable future projects.
