Document Description
Under the proposed water exchange, up to 1,000 acre-feet of SCWA's approved 2018 Table A Water (2018 Table A Water) will be delivered to DRWD by December 31, 2018. In exchange, DRWD, will return tp SCWA, based on an unbalanced exchange ratio of 4 to 1,up to 250 acre-feet of its future approved SWP Table A Water. That is, for every 4 acre-feet of SCWA's 2018 Table A Water delivered to DRWD, 1 acre-foot will be returned by DRWD to SCWA prior to December 31, 2018.
