Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project consists of laying about 50 feet of new 4-inch pipeline to connect the Desert Palms Mobile Home Park (DPMHP) to the Los Angeles County Waterworks District No. 40 (Applicant) at the south end of the DPMHP. The pipeline interconnection will be located in existing roadways and a vacant lot on DPMHP’s property. The pipeline will tie into the Applicant’s waterline in East Avenue I. The Project will also include abandoning one private well, installing one fire hydrant, and annexation of DPMHP into the Applicant’s service area.
