Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0209-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to San Mateo County Department of Public Works as represented by Krzysztof Lisaj. The project is limited to the replacement of a 24" corroded drainage pipe with a new 30" Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) Dual Wall N-12 drainage pipe in the same location, the installation of a new 2'x2' drainage inlet, the modification of an existing headwall and the stabilization of the streambank on the upper left bank of Alpine Creek.
