Document Description
The project involves the discharge of dredged and/or fill material into 0.02 acres of waters of the United States for the installation of rip-rap along approximately 160 linear feet below the ordinary high-water mark of the unnamed tributary of Churn Creek the bank from erosion. Bank stabilization measures proposed include placing approximately 160 cubic yards of rip-rap against the bank. All work shall be condcted when the project area is naturally dewatered.
