Document Description
Shallow soil excavation and disposal. The estimated volume of impacted soils is approximately 2100 cubic yards. The site cleanup is being conducted to prevent human exposure to shallow soils contaminated with lead and arsenic. DTSC has set the removal goals for the site unrestricted residential use screening levels.

The project is a minor action designed to prevent, minimize, stabilize or eliminate the release or threat of release of hazardous waste or hazardous substances. The project will not exceed $1 million in cost. The project does not involve the onsite use of a hazardous waste incinerator or thermal treatment unit or the relocation of residences or business, and does not involve the potential release into the air of volatile organic compounds.
