Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0082-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Rock Creek Reclamation District, as represented by Tara Rhoads.
The proposed Project includes the removal of debris, sediment, vegetation, rubbish, downed trees, and other material that could obstruct the natural flow or otherwise reduce channel capacity, accelerate erosion, damage concrete box culverts, metal culverts, or bridge structures and other work necessary to maintain the functional and structural integrity of Rock Creek.
