Document Description
Repair a flood eroded cut bank along the North Fork American River Mammoth Bar Area in Auburn State Recreation Area to improve public safety. Work will: construct two short temporary sections of access road to facilitate heavy equipment and dump truck access to and from the project site; grade to reduce the cut bank , from the toe of the existing cut bank to a setback approx 30 ft from the top of the cut bank; remove approx 2,222 cy of material and stockpile in the existing parking/staging area for future use in repair of the existing Motorcross track; and remove or trim vegetation including willow, sycamore, coyote brush, blackberries and grasses during this project that grow in the cut bank material, along the temporary access roads, and within the 30' set back.
