Caltrans proposes to apply slurry seal and replace asphalt concrete surfacing for a pavement rehabilation project on Route 1 in Los Angeles County, from post-mile (PM) 56.9 to 62.9. Dig outs for asphalt concrete surfacing will be a maximum of 0.35 feet excavation depth. All work will be done on Caltrans right of way.
