Document Description
This project is for a 1022 square foot modular uilding (1440 square foot footprint) to be placed in a graded area that currently contains a 720 square foot modular building that will be removed. The purpose for the project is to provide permanent and additional office space for the Resources team. It's a refabricated, engineered, commercial coach, modular office building, including above ground, pier tie-down foudnation system. Stairs and ramps will be installed to provide access and egress. The only ground disturbance should be trench for a new electrical conduit and feeders from an existing electrical panel on the exterior of the maintenance shop, approximately 50 feet away.
