Document Description
The existing Dillard Road Bridge is a two lane, approx 350 ft long and 34 ft wide structure where scouring has occurred around Pier 3. The project is to place around Pier 3, class IX two-ton riprap to protect the pier and stop scouring. In addition at Piers 2, 4 and 5 scour monitoring would be installed. Installation of riprap will use a temporary trestle and a temporary construction road from Dillard Rd. Creation of the construction road would not require any grading.
