Document Description
The general plan amendments would modify several existing policies and add two new policies addressing cannabis. The proposed Cannabis Land Use Ordinance would add Article 14 to Title 8, Chp 2, of the zoning regulations within the county code. It would regulate all cannabis operations within the unincorporated area of the county.
