Site 3 (2.83 ac), McClellan St. and Depot St., between Bush St. and Ulatis Crk, 2 components: comm. and residential. Comm. component on 2 ground-level comm. bldgs. (6,283 sf). Res. consists of 6 individual bldgs., with 4-5 units each, with a total of 31 units, 59 covered spaces, 3 uncovered spaces, and 9 guest spaces.
