The site is currently developed with a single family residential structures and accessory structures, and other disturbed areas, including an existing 8-12 ft wide dirt/gravel access gated road that connects to Mojave Trail. The applicant is requesting approval of a major use permit to construct an 85 ft tall unmanned mono-pine communication facility that would be able to accommodate up to 4 wireless communication carriers, each carrier would be able to lease an area approx 300 (12' x 25") sf in size.
