Document Description
In compliance with the county's commercial medical marijuana land use ordinance, Sensi Valley is applying for a CUP to construct and operate a 5,000 sf nursery, a CUP to construct and operate a 1,000 sf testing facility, a special permit to construct and operate a 19,760 sf commercial processing facility, a special permit to construct and operate a 5,600 sf manufacturing operation and a special permit to construct and operate a 896 sf distribution facility.
The project would also include a GPA and zone reclassification to designate the subject parcel with a general plan designation of industrial general and a zoning of heavy industrial with a qualified combining zone (MH-Q).
