Document Description
The applicant proposes to amend the MR zone district to allow wildlife habitat as a permitted use and to change the zoning for the project site from the industrial zone district to the mineral resource zone district. The proposed zoning changes are in conjunction with a proposed use permit and reclamation plan for a sand and gravel mining operation on up to 100 acres of an approx 182 acre site.
