Document Description
SMUD proposes to construct a new substation on approx 1 acre of agricultural land north of the Rancho Cosumnes Correctional Center in order to ensure adequate and reliable power to the RCCC. The project also requires installation of 1.5 mi of new subtransmission line, with an underground segment of up to 1,600 ft in the area just east of the Franklin Field airport runway.
