Lot Line Adjustment 17-20 proposes to re-locate the common boundary between these two parcels by merging a 1.27-acre portion of APN: 021-001-033 zoned TP with APN: 024-001-034 currently zoned RR-1.3. The LLA creates a split zoning that is proposed to be resolved by way of an immediate rezone of the 1.27-acre portion of APN: 024-001-033 from the TPZ. The reminder of APN: 024-001-033 will remain in the TPZ. For consistency with the GP, the approx 2.27-acre parcel resulting from the LLA is to be re-zoned from TP and RR-1.3 to RA.
