The project proposal is to construct a 60-unit apartment complex on a vacant 1.82-acre site located 220 Aegean Way. The apartment complex consists of two 3-story buildings (Building 1 - 30,060 sq. ft and Building 2 - 25,494 sq. ft) with a maximum building height of 39 ft. The project would provide fifty-nine one-bedroom units with 590 sq. ft. each and 1 two-bedroom manager's unit with 1,050 sq. ft. The site plan includes 45 parking stalls, on-site landscaping, with access along Aegean Way and emergency access along Elmira Road. The project requires Zone Map Amendment, Density Bonus and Planned Development approval from Vacaville City Council.
