At each of the two Project Work Areas, existing pipe culverts will be removed and replaced with new cast-in-place concrete cement box culverts with headwalls. The Project will result in take of Springville clarkia (Clarkia springvillensis) in association with the Project-related ground disturbance and the required seed and seed bank collection and translocation.
